Newborn Packages
I normally photograph newborn babies from around day 4-21 whilst they are sleepy and flexible. It is possible however, to photograph newborns up to 6 weeks old. However, if your baby is already here and is under 5-6 weeks old, it's not too late to have your newborn photographed - please contact me - I will always try to fit you in.
I charge a deposit of £90 for the session. This is payable at the time of booking and will be deducted from your chosen package. This is your only financial commitment until the viewing.
I recommend that you book your newborn photography session around your 20 weeks scan. Once you’ve paid your newborn session fee, your due date will go in the diary. Then, let me know as soon as your baby has arrived and we can schedule your newborn photo shoot in.
The Session
The newborn photography session will be at your home.
Prior to your newborn photo shoot I will discuss with you what you would like from your session. I will provide all the props, wraps and outfits.
Expect frequent breaks for feeding and settling. I keep the photographic area very warm to keep your baby comfortably asleep, especially when posing them into some of the lovely naked newborn poses. Always have a change of clothes handy as newborns will be newborns!
I am very skilled with Photoshop and use these abilities to subtly remove any baby acne or peeling skin that may appear.
